Three Day Trip....

A rariety: we have an upcoming 3 day weekend that is without plans or obligations, so it's time to take a trip! NYC, LA, Seattle, NO, and Baltimore are the leading choices......hmm........

We had a big shopping weekend--new rugs, new bedding, and a new dining room set! Yeah!! Now I actually have to stop being so lazy and start cooking again. I do love it and I love to have people over, but I am just too tired when I come home from work. So we're having a dinner party Saturday night--I want to use my french cookbooks, but there isn't much vegetarian stuff so we'll see. Easter is Sunday which means Bill and I will go to both his mom's and dad's families and have two Easter meals. No comment.

Bill brought flowers home today, totally out of the blue--and they aren't carnations! We spent our first year together with him always giving me carnations because I made the mistake of saying that they were pretty....and they are cheaper than almost every other flower so Bill thought he had won the jackpot. Silly Bill.
